Big weekend. I had to make a surprise trip to my hometown to see the optometrist. The verdict is I am short-sighted and have a slight astigmatism. I have problems with both my long-distance and my near-distance vision and thus I require not one but two new pairs of glasses. Thankfully I can pay for them and my second pair have very funky frames :D

I am a redhead. This pleases me greatly.

My left ankle has decided to hurt for no good reason. I bought a nice purple kaftan-style top. I grated the knuckle of my thumb with the cheese grater.

I am very tired and blah but hopefully I'll fee a bit better once I can see properly again. I should get my glasses on Thursday, where I shall spend the day in the mountains celebrating 'Got a day off work' day. Oops, I mean (I want to get out of) Australia Day. I know, I know, I'm so unpatriotic you may as well bloody deport me.

I've got a massive craving for berries.
